Shocking Service from Telkom particularly Fourways

I am a senior citizen and I have had trouble with internet service in my house in Benoni due to no lines available - I was advised by the branch in Lakeside to use a dongle which they gave me as an alternative - what was never explained to me was that it was a contract not at all like the Telkom line service - when it did not work efficiently and we moved to an area where there are lines available I took it back and was told I could cancel the service what no one told me or explained was that there would be a large cancellation fee and admin fee and I dispute this as firstly according the Consumer Protection Act the whole contract and cancellation information should have been explained to me and an option of keeping the service or cancelling it offered. This was not done and I called the customer service number and eventually got through to a human being who agreed with me that I should have been told and was told to go to a branch of Telkom Mobile services which I did at Fourways - what a bunch of rude, unpleasant, unhelpful and uniformed staff - they told me I signed a contract and therefore was liable whether I like it or not!!! No one gave me a solution - I am disgusted!
