In April I went to the Fourways branch and took out a contract with Brenda Maleka. She was rude and arrogant and told me she would call me back in a week to collect my sim. I waited the required week and never heard from her. I then went to the Centurion branch where they offered to make reparations and their service was fantastic. I was connected the same day. One MONTH later Brenda called to say I was activated. I explained that I already had the contract and she made a feeble excuse and blamed the "back office", Mario Osecki received a letter from me and assured me he would sort it out and there would be no duplicate contract. Now I have been billed for connection fees and a cancellation fee of R1000 for a contract I never had.
