I recently bought a R399 (make your home a wifi hotspot) at Telkom Centurion. After installation I made numurous calss as I do not have any Wifi connecction and are supposed to pick it up and connect to it trough my phone. The last answer was it is a "software problem" meaning what? And according to me it is notas I have friends in IT. I just want it to be fixed and tested as they should have done after installations, supposed to be.
