I was contacted the 6th of January for a due upgrade. I went to vodaworld to pursue my upgrade and got the Samsung S3. The phone was faulty and I sent it back within 7 working days. I requested to get another blackberry as I was put off the Samsung. A lady by the name of Mari-Louise helped me and said that the problem would be dealt with in 4days. I phoned her yesterday again to follow up with the upgrade and there was apparently a problem with their "network" and she would get back to me as soon as possible. This did not happen and I am absolutely disgusted in their customer service, none of Nashua's consultants know what they are doing!!! I phoned again today and spoke to the manager by the name if Callum, and he tells me the new phone hasn't been booked. So I am highly considering on reporting this horrendous service to Head Office. Head Office should train their staff country wide properly and professionally. The service is appalling!!!
