Moodaly submits disconnection notice before time

On the 21st of January, I emailed two notices to Axxess. The instructions were straight forward.i.e.

To cancel an ADSL line at the end of January 2013.
To Downgrade another ADSL line and the internet access speed to 2Mbps from 4Mbps.

I received emails the 22nd from Shanee Moodaly asking me to confirm. although I was a bit confused. My written submission contained ALL the necessary information, I replied with a few emails confirming each question.

I then receive two emails informing me that my notices have been submitted to Telkom and I would be advised once completed. To my surprise, both my speed downgrade and cancellation became effective on the 23rd whereas my instruction was in writing for the month end!

I complained, and all I get are responses from an incoherent being who after being presented with the facts, contradicts herself by stating that submissions are only done 2 days before months end, yet still does not want to accept a mistake was made after the email clearly confirms that she had submitted it on the 22nd to Telkom.

I asked for compensation of the week that I lost to no avail. I don't recommend Axxess after this. Don't fall for their freebies either.
