I did an upgrade on my cell contract at nashua brits 5 weeks ago. There was a problem with the phone and I returned it. They let me know a week later the phone is there only to find when I got to the store - they had sent a tablet and not a phone. It has now been 4 weeks and the only response I get is "Head office is out of stock"
This is for the new Samsung. Yesterday once again I phoned to enquire and Virginia said she would call back. Needless to say I am still waiting. This is the 2nd run in I have had with Nashua Brits and the second time I have had to go to Hallopeter. Why is our service in this country so bad!!!
