I have a Talk1000 package and another smaller one for my Daughter. I have been a client of Vodacom for the last 10 years and I requested to reduce my contract as my job has changed and I don't get a cellphone allowance. Spoke with a lady from Vodacom and was advised that they can do nothing about changing my contract until I have caught up the arreas. My phone has been cut and I have now bought a prepaid phone. Still waiting for this to be sorted out since Nover 2013 and in the meantime I owe thousands. Vodacom this is not the first time I have had problems when I renew it WILL NOT be with Vodacom again!
