On saturday 03/08/2013 I called vodacom to activate BIS on one of my accounts. A simple procedure that should have taken minutes to complete. the first person I spoke to asked a number of questions to prove that it is my account. he then informed me that the answers I provided were incorrect. i then demanded to speak to his supervisor who gave me the same response. i then demanded to speak to her superior, a Jonathan then informed me that he is the operations manager and his response to my problem was the same that the other incompetents had given to me.
I am a client of vodacom with 7 vodacom contracts. I was refused service by incompetent bumbling employees who have no idea of customer service but are full of arrogance.
