I called to find out what had happened with add on product we applied for... 45 minutes later and listening to their irritating jingle on repeat... and today again for over 45 minutes just to activate the cellular dongle. Pathetic. Automated password reset deficient which made me call the call centre, email account editing through the "improved" myaccount tab not possible..What an irritating more than 90 minutes that i could have spent so much more productively.
And if I hear the " we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes" line again... g
