I cannot tell you when last i had a positive experience from Absa! The latest incident is where Absa sends me an email and sms requesting my approval on a transfer from a family member overseas... i hold for 20 minutes because, as always, ABSA is "experiencing high call volumes", call drops, try again where the consultant leaves me hanging for another 10 minutes. Finally she tells me that the transfer will reflect in my account that same day. A week later i am trying to reach the "your call is important to us! " call centre... 15 minutes in so far... no joy!! oh... call just dropped again. Seriously PATHETIC!!! It's no wonder FNB is winning all of your clients!
