I called the call centre today at around half past twelve and spoke to a lady who transferred me to another lady who then transferred me to listening to a song for over 20 minutes. I paid an amount of R296.06 for cancellation of one of my lines and sent through a letter of cancellation and proof of payment. I needed to find out if all was in order and that I wouldn't be debited month end and no one could answer that's the reason why I was made to listen to an irritating song for over 20 minutes until I decided to hang up. Pathetic service if you ask me
