REFUNDING OF MY ACCOUNT

I since spoken to vodacom where i was advised of what to do to get the refund on the service i was billed without using. IT's now three weeks since i waited for my refund and knowing how greedy this people are, they were going to charge me the interests if i were defaulted on my account but they take more than long to refund me?
The last consultant promised to lodge a complaint once again where it sounds the matter has started afresh all over agin. This is the poorest service a igot from VODACOM
