I am currently residing in the Sandton area and have no network service. Although my cell phone shows signal bars and 3g connection i cannot retrieve or make calls, nor can i retrieve or send messages or connect to the internet. I have called cell c call center technical support and they too cannot assist me. I have gone into stores, I have completed forms. what more must i do!!!
This is becoming ridiculous. Why should I continue to pay for a service when i cannot even use it.
