Processing of application not complete

Good day,

i would like to lay a complaint with Bank med Medical Aid processing department, in that i had submitted my application to be processed for a Traditional Plan( % savings). i had received a confirmation on the 12th of April 2013 that my application will be processed and it has not yet been processed even after 2 weeks which the email had indicated that after 5 working days it be processed and ready. When i called Bank med to enquire about the progress of the application i had been informed that a certain portion on the medical aid had been not indicated being my employee number, so i had sent the relevant information needed and Bank med has not yet responded to acknowledge the receipt of the employee number, yet i got debited on the 20th for medical aid with a "incomplete" form. I had to even cancel my previous medical aid since one would be joining Bank med Medical Aid and not to mention that i am on chronic medication which my medicine is about to be finished, now if Bank med can debit me for medical aid that would sure would amount to a breach of contract under the South African Law since they have not amounted to they side of the agreement.
