MY ACCOUNT BILLED BUT NO TABLET

3 weeka ago I made application for lenovo tablet R129 monthly via call centre. The lady advised me she will send application to process department they after will know whether approved or declined within 3 days. For 15 days I got no call no response.

The lady at sales department did advise me that when the deal is approved they wil run a debit of small amount maybe like R50 just to ensure that my account details are correct. Then on 9th of oct I reicevd call from verification department the lady called from my managers desk she advised she got my application now wanted to know if am stil interested then she will go through my docs but she didnt even confirm if deal approved or not she advised call centre wil get back to me, I then advised her to make sure they call on 0845526475 as the cell number I last gave is not in use from the 8th oct we then confirmed new number.

On the 11th a debit of R129 ran from fnb account. I get no call or at least e=mail or sms to advise deal confirmed and approved. To make things worse THE TABLET HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED!!!.

I want a detailed explaination from 8ta..cell to call is 0845526475 or send an e-mail
