Out of stock and acc blocked

My contract was blocked by Autopage because my bank didn't follow the simple instruction of transferring my Debit order. I only found this out a short while ago and I then had to provide backdated payments to ensure that my account was up to date and asked Autopage to deduct the money off my account as per normal. My phone was with my Sim card recently, I managed to block the Sim card but couldn't blacklist the phone as I didn't have the box anymore with the IMEI number that they needed.
I went to Autopage Festival Mall over the weekend and the Gentleman that assisted me told me my acc has been blocked. He contacted the Call Center to unblock but told me that I could only come back on Saturday (7 Dec) and didn't offer to take my details as I wanted to upgrade to a Blackberry 9720 and do a Sim swap. I phoned again today and they don't have stock of the 9720. Is there anyway that someone can contact me to get this resolved as I currently don't have any form of communication, I emailed Autopage Cellular but no one has gotten back to me.
