Incorrect Billing

I have a LTE Home Office 20GB contract which is set to stop browsing once the data for the month is used up. There is also a R100 limit BUT that should never even be used since my account is not allowed to browse on "Out of Bundle" rates.

This month there is again additional fees even though I had 10GB of data that expired.

For the last two months I'm being charged an additional R333.34 (R233.34 R100) and I don't know why.
