Unauthorised spending limit activated

I entered into a 24mth data contract with 8ta in Sept 2011. Monthly premium of R199 for 10Gigs of data . was called the Promo 5. when the 10gigs were depleted I would be redirected to the 8ta site and had to purchase extra data bundles of my choice to coninue browsing. i was not able to browse any other site apart form the 8ta site until i had pruchased extra data online. July 2013 I had "unbilled usage". When I queried this I was told my 10gigs were depleted and I browsed out of bundle rates to a max of my spending limit of R1300. I never agreed to a spending limit. original contract shows this. obviously all the previous months would have worked the same but it did not as i was alway redirected and blocked from other sites. in total i paid more than R3000 for the last 2 months of data used "via my spending limit". they keep on telling me it is because of my spending limit. I keep saying it is incorrect as i never had a spending limit and since 8ta changed to Telkom mobile in June 2013 all the problems started. the contract is now expired and cancelled but l am out of pocket due to their changes to the contracts without informing me. this is breach of contract.
