Went to Vodacom to close my account for the tablet I bought my wife over 2 years ago, and found out that I had renewed my contract for another tablet and key board, on ivestigation found they had my ID number but the wrong address, some one has scamed me, after many phone calls whent to the Police and filled in and affidavit, copie of my resident, and id copie to the fax numbers I was told to send it to, and still not heared anything from them and they have taken money out of my account again and its even more than what I used to pay.
Busy with this report found out that another person in my section at work has the same problem;
Vodacom I'm sure im now not the only one that has been scamed.
