Account bill don't know about

My husband had a contract with vodacom which expired in Nov 2013. October they took money (about R3700.00) from his bank account, they said he took 2 contract except da 1 he has been paying perfectly. We have faxed da affidavit and id copy as they requested. But they still phone him telling him dat he is owing them. They started by blocking him from phoning (contract expired). They said they can't change his no. to prepaid since they are busy investigating the other 2 contracts he doesn't know. Don't know how those 2 r linked. They don't phone those 2 no.s of those contracts they phone his no. Now they have closed his phone, he can't even receive calls, how r they gonna inform him about dis investigation if he can't even receive calls? Now we really don't know wht to do.
