Sorry that it has to come to this for me to get this matter resolved
this is my 2nd last resort
Its now at a point were this is absolutely rediculous. Lodge complaint after complaint on live chat
2 days now they not returning my calls at all. struggling to get feedback and still waiting on transcripts off all calls and chats that i had with the clients
Then being billed twice now when i should not have been billed as i have stated that i wont continue with this
Agent ending the chat when im still busy and issue not resolved
Was contacted last week and advised they will call me back - still nothing
how long will this take
Had issues with afrihost before and decided after a year, lets try 1 more time
only for me to be over twice, took them more than a week to sort connection out as not one agent could understand why it was not working
Got connection sorted after i chatted to another agent - simple question he asked resolved connection
Only if that could have been done first time around
R189 billed but i had a credit
now billed R145 again as i told the agent i do not wish to continue with this service
Not acceptable
