Bad internet service

Hi

Ive been having problems with my internet connection... for MONTHS now already ..ive had to pay the sum of R419. but the internet has either been off or been so slow that you not even able to browse..and when phoning in to speak to their head Marthie i was informed that she would call me back... now 3 months down the line... still no responce... ive emailed her... and no responce... now i havnt paid for 3 months and am waiting for them to call me... maybe then ill be able to speak to her...
