Infuriated at the customer service recieved

I currently hold 3 contracts with 8ta. My dilema started when I noticed that I was being billed for BIS which I was not using. I was billed in excess of R294. I layed a complaint and was credited accordingly. I was also told that the BIS will be disconnected totally from my account. I was also told that the call I made to the call center from my landline would not be chargeable, I recieved my credit, (great), I continued to be charged for BIS (as expected), I was also charged for the landline calls. I then called in and was put through the most frustrating experince in my life. i was asked for my ID number at least 9 times before I had to ask the agent what number he was taking down. Further he didnt even listen to my issue. He missed the point of my call completely and insisted I be put through to tech. I requested in simple terms to log my complaint and he refused. I got no where. I made another call to see if I would be so lucky to get someone who knew what they were doing. Of course this was fruitless. I require my issue to be resolved. There is just too much to type on here. As it stands none of my issues are resolved and the sims that I dont have are now active. Please HELP!!
