On Thursday 28/11/2013 I received a Contract Settlement quote. On the quote it clearly states that the quote is valid for 7 days. I contacted them today just to confirm whether it is 7 working days or just 7 days.
Today is day 6 after receiving the quote.
I have now been mailed ANOTHER quote.
How incompetent can they be! I know legally they are bound by the first settlement quote but find their service SHOCKING to say the least.
Another bone of frustration was the person that answered my call initially, unfriendly, unprofessional and sounded asleep.
I also have had no further feed back from my previous complaint of having my daughters cell no cancelled.
