I recently opened mtn contract taking a phone together with a laptop. The phone cost 369 per month, laptop 229 per month, both of them they came with free sim and free connection, and the agent told me I was not going to be billed this month they were going to bill me September. But to my surprise I was billed R849 on the 27th august, but even when I add both my installments they dont add up R849. When I called customer care I was told part of the money was for the connection fees. But both my handsets was going with free connection fee. And I was not expecting any deductions this month as I was informed the agent they were going to do that next month. I tried to ask the agent at the store about it but he doesnt give me any answers.
