I laid a hello peter complaint in the beginning of the week regarding the duplicate charges on my Cell C contract. I was billed twice for the simm Connection fee and im getting billed twice for the contract. i was promised that Nelly will contact me as i was in contact with her previously regarding this issue and she promised that its resolved and a credit is placed on my account. Its been a week and i still did not receive a call from Nelly. This is ridiculous i just want the matter sorted out.
