Account up to date but yet not on Credit bureau

Well the problem i am having is that my debit order was always going off on the 1st of the month and my company that i work for only paid us at the end of each month so the problem was that vodacom would debit my account and then there was no money in that account i have changed my debit date to the 7th of the month so that that does not happen any more but as i saw on EXPERIAN they put up that i am in 1 months arrears and i owe them money. on my statments sent to me by vodacom shows that a debit order was returned and then it shows that i did a cash deposit soon after and my account was up to date but on EXPERIAN it does not show that. now VODACOM to please send out a report to EXPERIAN i get told that i must wait a month for that update to be sent. can someone explain to me if we owe them money we get problems but when we have a problem on our side due to them not updating things then we must just wait and all i asked was for them to please rectify this on the credit Bureau...
