On the 31-october-2013 I did an upgrade for s3 mini @ 239 for 24 on the 5th-november when the phone was delivered it was a wrong phone s3@339 for 24 months, I called them same day to pick up the phone, it was the 7th when they collected it they. told me to call after 5 working days to get my refference number then to reverse and upgrade but upto now no one want to assist me. I don't want to pay for something I don't have.
