Order not completed properly

My grandmother who is in frail care transferred her phone from upstairs to downstairs in the same building. As she is elderly I put my cellphone down as the contact no to phone when the order was going to be processed. I received no phone call and subsequently the phone was placed on the wrong side of the room she shares and does not work. I phoned again and asked them to come change it - it just needs an extension and to be checked it works. Meanwhile she is paying for the rental but cannot use the phone. Apparently they can only come do this on the 13th of february after i phoned again! All that is needed to be done is an extension placed neatly against the wall so that the phone can be used on the other side of the room and then to make sure that the phone works.

I have also asked for them to PLEASE phone me before they do that so that I can make sure that it is done properly. The Order no is 70873485A.
