After writing 2 letters to Hellopeter and talking to many incompetent people on the phone Cell C took 3 weeks to deliver a phone as part of an upgrade. After the first time they were here the order was cancelled and I had to do everything agin over the phone, which was only answered after countless hours of trying. The courier company never let me know about the delivery, or the fact that I had to have a copy of my ID handy. It was weak.
the phone is a Blackberry Curve 9320.THIS PHONE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, NEITHER THE BBM OR WHATSAPP APPLICATIONS WORK, IT IS A DUD. I am tired of Cell C and would like this phone replaced with a different model that actually works.
