Fault reference numbers: 353CRK130113 and ARS 220294 refers..
so two weeks after my original fault log someone finally shows up at my house - out of the blue no appointment made or any notification given... just to tell me the fault is at the exchange and it will be escalated... half an hour later my adsl line is dead and I now have no internet...
where to from here... the call centre is of no help... I unfortunately have to make use of this forum as its the only one that sparks some action...
