I Logged a complaint on this site on the 7th of Jan. On the same day i got a reply to say Mbongeni will get hold of me with in 48hours. Im still waiting for that. I do not understand how Cellc can resolve a query with out getting hold of the complainant. It is this kind of service that losses customers. Please get a senior person to call me to resolve my problem.
