We went to the glen on sat to do my husband upgrade. and to open another line, which is a new contract, the said you wont get your phone today cause it takes 24 hours to 48 hours. she said will phone monday for us to pick up the phone. funny enough no calls on the phone was made. i called all day. she tells me in the afternoon there is a back log..u mean from sat. how sad does a customer hasto phone all day hey, how poor and rude is the staff there, please note i am going yo report you guys. i have decided to go to cell c can get a contact.
