I have upgraded my phone last year to a iphone and I was not told that my line has been changed from a top up to a contract. The consultant advised me that there was new packages launched by Cell C but I was not told that it was a open line. Now after several months, Cell C has been deducting money from my account for calls made from my cell phone. I have asked for the recordings as I have been mislead, I have also asked for them to change it back to the contract that I had. Subsequently they have disconnected my line, not allowing me to make any outgoing calls. I have called several times to the useless customer service who only explain I need to pay for my calls. They have again deducted money from my account. This has been going on for a few months and no one cares to respond. I am definitely going to report this to CPA. I want my refund for the months deducted and I want my contract changed back.!!! Tired of Cell C! Get Proper Sales and Upgrade Staff! Should this not be resolved urgently, i will be sending the CEO an email and laying a com[laint with CPA
