The staff don't know what is going on

Hello

I went to the mtn store to apply for a contract on my husband's behalf but the contract was for myself, I was acknowledge as a valued customer, on the letter my husband wrote it started what contract I wanted and the amounts and I showed the sales consultant what contract I want in the mtn booklet (Samsung galaxy s4 mini 299x24pm) but asked for the top up version which would come to 369 I asked if there as anything else need from me he said no and that the contract will be approved in 24-48 hours, I left with docu mentation that my husband needed to sign, got to his work he signed everything then scanned and emailed everything back to him, gave 20min to look at everything then phoned her to ask if everything was in order he said yes, the next day I phone to find out how the process is going and he tells me that omits pending cos he didn't have my husband's work number (which was on the letter) so I gave it to him. Today he phone to tell my contact was approved I can go pick up my new phone, I get there they tell that I was processed for 150 month so now I have to wait another 2 day to hear if I can get the contract I want. The staff don't know what is going on
