Still no correct bill

Last month I was billed for BIS on both my cell phone contracts however it is not the rule on the contracts from the beginning BIS was included in my package! I then list them on HelloPeter, I phoned, I emailed, I logged in and complaint, they responded that they have credit me! Only to be billed still for one BIS service!!!

What the f$#%^&*() is wrong with Autopage, I never get over this bad service my bills are constantly wrong!! I am so sick and tired of them! I hate them!!!
