Manager's Bad Attitude

I have never been humiliated in my life publicly by a store manager of Cell C Maponya mall his name is ZAHEER, i couldnt believe that my long service of 6 and a half years with Cell C was just nothing to them. i contacted Cell C Maponya mall the beginning of this year, my BB had a technical problem which i was told in the store that they cant book it for repairs cause it was a physical damage, they instead reffered me to a 3rd party, a shop opposite them, i then contact the customer service line to log a complain of the service i had received i spoke to the manager of the call centre whom claim to get back to me and never did, i then took my phone to the same shop that i was reffered to by the Manager of Cell C Maponya (ZAHEER) of which my phone was now permanetly damaged, i went back to him (ZAHEER) who booked my phone for repairs now, knowing that there was nothing Cell C can do about it, What frustrate me the most is his "idont care attitude", and making me a look like a stupid infront of other customers, and ignores me and attend other customers in the store. I want nothing to do with Cell now or ever. their services big time.
