Very Arrogant Attitude

I had a Data Sim Contract from CellC Number (0746469158). My line was suspended (correctly tho) due to non-payment. During November one of their guys phoned me and asked me if I was going to make payment on the account, which i said that everything was going to get paid up in FULL by the end of the month. the guy supplied me with banking details. The 29th came and CELLC debited my account in 2 go's with the arrears now paid up. I try utilize my card and they had taken it off the network completely! When I called into the so called customer service, I got passed from person to person where I eventually got through to someone in the legal department. This woman told me that my sim had been removed off the network and now I must pay the contract in full! So I asked when was it removed she said the 29th!! I told her that it had been PAID on the 29th, she told me that it takes the banks 3 days to filter the payments through. SO i told he that is NOT my fault! Then she started to call me by the wrong name. I told her when the guy called me he did not tell me my account was going to be suspended. I told her that I had lodged a dispute with CELLC before with no response!
