I was assured by you that the "glitch" in your system regarding my contract billing will be fixed.
That was 2 months ago and again I was billed incorrectly!!! Both months.
On our previous call you stated that you are happy that I said I know that there are problems with systems, but guess what. Your system cannot glitch 6 times!!! I told you on our previous call that this is breach of contract and you stated a breach is only if you do not try and rectify the problem. Well you had 6 chances now, you were fully aware of the problem and it has to this day not been rectified leaving me with wrong debit orders!
