I am not happy with Cell C customer service.
Since October 2012 i requested that my account be rectified from Debit order status to EFT Payments.
This request took the Cell C team 4 Months to complete after multiple e-mails and phone calls.
To get to this stage i was advice multiple times on what to do. First i was told to cancel my debit orders with my bank and that will rectify the system... However this is a story. i then had to send a letter a few times and phoned many times to see if i can correct it. Finaly 3 weeks ago an opperator from Cell C contacted me and rectified their systems.
During this times I had to pay R140 per debit order with my bank and R70 with Cell C for returned debit orders. I feel this is not fare towards me.
Now i want to do a contract upgrate and are told to wait 3 months with payment that i have to make before month end but my salary only comes in month end. Today the team leader was in a meeting the whole day and could not attend to me. They dropped the phone 2 times in my ear and told me i am a bad payer, but they always received my money early that month.
I want them to correct the system as the never battled to get my payment
