A broken phone and constant incorrect invoicing

My phone has been faulty from the very beginning and most months I get billed incorrectly, I often get charged for things that are not on my contract. I have spent a lot of time at the 8ta shop in Bayside. The staff are always friendly. The problem is 5 months down the road and many visits to the 8ta shop nothing has changed. The scary thing is nobody seems to know whats wrong with my phone and why I get invoiced incorrectly. I sent my phone away to be repaired, on the repair note it stated that the fault was due to warn parts. The phone was brand new how can this be. I have had enough! I'm paying my contract but get nothing back in return except for a lot of frustration and many hours standing in their shop. To me this is a breach in contract as I have not received what I signed up for. I am done, I want out!!
