I went to the Virgin Mobile store in Canal Walk on Saturday, 16 November 2013 to take complain about a sim card that is getting rejected in any phone i put it into.
The sales person gave me a new sim card and at the same time I inquired about extending my contract.
The sim card has apparently been deactivated from the network - she lodged a case about it and assured, me that it would be working by Monday or Tuesday the next week. I would like to know what has happened to all my airtime in the meantime.
She was very quick to make me sign the relevant documents. I was assured that she would e-mail me the "vitals" as they call it, but still received nothing. The sim card is still not working. I tried contacting the store, but the phone is always engaged.
This service is completely unacceptable.
