I've tried to get hold of MTN Client Services 10 times today, with no success.
After dialling 083 1 808 from a Vodacom cell it drops the call the moment you select "3" for Client Services. When you select "1" or "0" you reach someone from Sales, who are unable to assist or transfer the call.
On 2 occasions the agent tried calling back (they thought this would allow them to transfer me to Client Services), but both times it failed.
3 messages were apparently left (by Sales) with Client Services to call me back, but this never happened.
What a deep irony in having Client "Services" that is uncontactable for a whole day!! Just strengthens my resolve to cancel every contract with MTN and never deal with them again.
