On 20 October and on 21 November I posted complaints about Telkom on Hello Peter. On 22 November Bongiwe phoned me (first reaction ever from Telkom), listened to my problem, asked that I email her a copy of the complaint and promised that the problem (blacklisted for sending out bulk mail) will be something of the past within a week - and that was the case! I can now send emails as before without any problems. Thank you Bongiwe.
