Incorrect ITC listing

I recently found out that I have been listed on the TransUnion bureu by Vodacom for an account which I've had with them for a number of years. Earlier this year it came to my attention that my debit orders were not being deducted which resulted in my account being areas. On this realization I instructed vodacom to stop debiting the account as I was also not working at the time but I would be able to pay the outstanding balance in cash of which I did settle in full. I also had an agreement with the service provider that I would still like to continue to use the account and for them to reactivate it.

I started working full time again in August and when I tried to inquire with them wthey informed me that they had handed my account over to debt collectors without my knowledge or them informing me. Eventually the account did get reactivated but now I am unable to purchase a vehicle as they haven't updated the default listing to the value of R4391, yet I do not owe them any monies to that value.

For the past two months I have been trying to reslove this matter and all I keep getting told by vodacom call center agents is that they don't have any record of the value and I will either wa
