Disregard for Cancellations

Don't ever ever ever take out a contract with vodacom. Not only are all their employees stupid uneducated, they also have absolutely no respect for their customers and the fact that we work hard of our money, which they are down the drain.

My contract should have ended 2 months ago but instead of it ending and going onto Pre paid it just continued as if that what i wanted. Fine, fair enough i need to tell them i would like to cancel my contract, so i phone cancellations and put through my request, after which i am told that i need to load my phone with R29 airtime and then turn the phone off as the month changes over. Can they make this anymore difficulty! But fine, i do as requested, after which the new month comes around for me to wake up and find out that i am still on contract. Starting to get really upset I phone cancellations again to tell them my problem, I get told that they are off line and they can't help me. After which i ask to speak with a manager who just cuts me off without even saying hello.

I hate Vodacom!
They are a bunch of greedy blood sucking vultures that only care about signing you up and then taking as much as they can from you!
