I found out after 6 years of my Vodacom account being cancelled that I owe just over R1000 on it. 6 Years!!! My account has of course been handed over without my knowledge and VVM Attorneys were now demanding payment ASAP. I paid the amount in full in December and now have been requesting ever since for them to update my records at the ITC. I have been played like a ping pong ball between Vodacom and VVM as the one said it is the other one's job. I am now sick of this and cannot spend anoymore time or airtime on this! I am buying a home and this is hindering me a great deal!!! I cannot get hold of Vodacom's legal department and when I do they refer me back to VVM. Can someone anyone at Vodacom help me to update and correct my status at the ITC!!! I dont owe you anymore so its not fair that I am still paying the price for this default on my name. I am bitterly dissapointed and angered at this situation!
