Telkom offered a package for simple plan 1meg uncapped for R514. I applied for this on the 23rd Sept 2013 and two bills later I am still struggling to get them to correct my bill to the amount as advertised. The person that captured my order even made a history note to say it is a Telkom simple plan 1meg uncapped for R514. Yet they bill you differently. I ended up speaking to multiple people and no one seem to resolve this where I thought it would be a straight forward matter for Billing department I ended up speaking to people from Activations, Disputes but to no avail. At the end of the day all I wanted was to speak to someone who can resolve this matter and or a competent regional manager, manager and or supervisor. Telkom after sales service is bad and nobody seems to know anything. Poor.
