I made an appointment with Smart Village for a technician to install WiFi on Monaday 23 September at 14H00. At 14H30 I contacted the office as the technician had not arrived - the response I received "they cannot contact him on his cell so the office does not know where he is" At 15H00 I contacted the office again and asked to speak to a senior manager. After 10 minutes of waiting on the line I ended the call. They also never respond to emails.
Unfortunately we do not have Telkom lines so we are stuck with this pathetic Internet and VOiP service provider.
