BLACKBERRY Z10/AUTOPAGE/VODACOM

I have had a blackberry Z10 for the last 5 months now. Every month i receive my airtime of which i purchase 1GB and the rest is for phone calls. For three months this has been more than enough to get me through.

August & September 2013 my Data & Airtime is depleted by the 15th of each month. How does one explain that if i dont have any applications on my phone. I dont have email, whatsapp, facebook. I have BBM only.
5 Days a week i am at work and have my wifi activated as soon as i get to work and leave work. so again, im not using any data.

I have logged a call and requested that this be sorted and i would like to have some sort of explanation to this. As i have many colleges all on the same network as me also using blackberry and they dont have the same usage as me. I have had my phone checked and there isnt applications running at all.

From of Saturday i have purchased R249 and now it is all finished!?

Today alone: 23 September 2013 my usage as follows:

13:08 R42.72 13:10 R40.72 13:12 R38.72
13:14 R36.72 13:16 R35.45 13:18 R35.42
I have not made one phone call nor have i sent any messages.? EXPLAIN THIS
